- Leasing-i is an underlying contract of Ijarah to facilitate the acquisition of assets such as manufacturing machines, vehicles and ICT equipment, Computer hardware and software through lease contract which ends with acquisitions of ownership of the leased asset by the lessee.
- New equipment up to 100% of the asset value
- Up to 5 years.
Application Requirements
- Private and public companies must be in operation not less than two (2) years, with an operating profit for two (2) latest financial years (audited accounts) and shareholders' funds are positive.
- Guarantee and Indemnity all Directors & Shareholders.
- Obtained contract with Government or Government related Company.
